Olea House Urla
Olea House Urla is a contemporary residential project located in the olive-grove landscape of Urla. Conceived as a calm domestic retreat, the house is shaped by its Mediterranean context, emphasizing a strong relationship between architecture, landscape, and daily life. The design is organized as a two-story composition with clear horizontal lines, creating shaded terraces and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. Openings are carefully positioned to frame views, control daylight, and establish a fluid connection with the garden. Materiality is defined by a restrained palette of natural stone, warm wood surfaces, and neutral tones — these materials age gracefully within the landscape, allowing the building to blend into its surroundings rather than dominate them. Through precise architectural visualization, Olea House Urla is presented as a quiet, timeless residence — rooted in place, material honesty, and the slow rhythm of Mediterranean living.
Olea House required a quiet, material-honest visual language rooted in its olive-grove setting, conveying the slow rhythm of Mediterranean living across both exterior and interior spaces.
Natural stone, warm wood, and neutral tones were rendered under soft Aegean light, with framed views and shaded terraces guiding the composition — interiors balanced daylight and warmth to extend the architectural atmosphere indoors.
The imagery presented Olea House as a timeless residence rooted in place, ready for presentation, marketing, and client communication.
