Maréa
Maréa is a contemporary oceanside residence in Miami, Florida, designed as a refined tropical modern retreat. Set along the quiet edge of the coastline, the project creates a calm dialogue between architecture, horizon, water, and light. The residence is organized around a generous ocean-facing terrace, where shaded outdoor living areas, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and a long pool establish a continuous dialogue between the interior spaces and the coastal landscape. Materiality is intentionally restrained and elegant — light stucco, natural stone, warm wood, bronze-toned glazing systems, and soft coastal landscaping come together to create an understated yet luxurious character. Through precise architectural visualization, Maréa is presented as a serene coastal residence shaped by daylight, reflection, and atmosphere.
The project required a refined visual language for a contemporary oceanside residence in Miami, balancing architectural clarity with a warm, lifestyle-driven atmosphere. The imagery needed to communicate spatial quality, material richness, and the relaxed character of coastal living.
The visual direction focused on soft sunset lighting, natural material tones, tropical vegetation, and cinematic camera composition — positioning the residence as both architecturally precise and emotionally desirable.
The final imagery transformed the architectural concept into a market-ready visual narrative suitable for presentations, investor communication, digital marketing, and client approval.
